Heinz UK called upon the services of Heathrow Sound Hire to provide sound and vision support for their 2 day event at Heathrow's Riverside Conference Venue.

With 200 delegates attending each day, we decided that 4 x D&B Audiotechnik E3 speakers would provide the best coverage in a short, but wide room.

Visuals were taken care of with two 8'x6' projector screens to the side of the stage and a 50"plasma to give some centre coverage.

The four presenters were all amplified by a Sennheiser ew500 g3 wireless microphone system each with a Sennheiser mke2 gold lapel capsule.

Questions from the floor were taken using 2 x 945 handheld mics.

The event was engineered using a Yamaha LS9 16 channel digital desk, with signal sent from stage via a single sb168-es digital stage box via CAT5.
